At Moor to Sea, we try to keep our pricing simple. We won’t charge every time we put a foot through the door; we won’t charge for every 12th minute in the house and we won’t charge the earth for spare parts.

Because we are the manufacturer approved agent for the likes of AEG, Beko, Bosch, Miele, Smeg, Liebherr and many more, we can sell spares to our customers for the same price that other independents can buy them at cost – we strictly charge the approved retail rate, meaning that you will save money with us compared to our competitors.

Our charges are made up of call out/labour and spares. Our call out and labour charge is a flat rate quoted at the time of the call. If we don’t fit any parts, this is all that you will pay. If parts are required, we will give you a quote and obtain your authorisation to continue.
