This is the first time I had used this company and it was extremely rewarding to see such an experienced, knowledgeable and professional technician working in this part of Cornwall.
This calibre of person is, in my experience, an increasingly rare commodity.
Additionally, their charges are also competitive, their timekeeping was very good and they identified the appliance’s malfunctioning part, ordered a replacement from the manufacturer and fitted it within the week.
None of the usual hackneyed excuses, one associates with delay and the accompanying sub standard service of many similar firms.

What an excellent service from Moor to Sea! From my initial conversation to Gina based in Redruth to today's appointment with Chris the engineer, the customer service could not have been better. Unfortunately it transpires that my poor old Liebherr fridge is incapable of repair but I was happy to pay the call out fee to establish that given the high cost of replacing it. Both Gina and Chris were extremely efficient and charming to deal with. If only all service providers had such a great customer service ethic.
